Ah-Hyung (Alissa) Park, Lenfest Chair in Applied Climate Science and associate professor at Columbia University, was Wednesday's plenary speaker at the 8th World Congress on Particle Technology, where she presented "Towards Sustainable Energy and Materials: Carbon Capture and Conversion using Novel Liquid-like Nanoscale Hybrid Particulate Systems."
Following her presentation, Alissa chatted with Ben Freireich, technical director at Particulate Solid Research, Inc. (PSRI). They discussed carbon capture and conversion, the future of this technology, the challenge of renewable energy storage.
