Henry Cifuentes has twelve years of Risk Management/Underwriting experience and is currently the Vice President of Hays Affinity Solutions. He was responsible for casualty underwriting and servicing of many large affinity programs in the late 1990's at AON. Henry has successfully managed multiple national affinity programs and assisted in developing others from the ground up. He has been responsible for developing many of the processes and procedures for the affinity division. Henry manages a group of account mangers and account executives in the affinity division. He is consistently working to improve relationships with clients and senior managements at insurers. In addition to managing and developing new programs at Hays, Henry is involved in the day-to-day consulting, underwriting and advising of clients. He has a significant role in establishing goals both inside Hays Affinity Solutions and with its clients.
He has a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Information Management from Marymount University.
