Many people equate engineering ethics and engineering law. However, while law is one dimension of it, engineering ethics is much more. Most importantly, it is about the way we live and treat others in the context of our profession. In this session, we explore these two distinct facets of engineering ethics – law and life – and illustrate them with examples and case studies.
