This session is designed for graduate students looking to connect and network with senior AIChE members in industry and academia. This session is being jointly organized with Area 01C (Interfacial Phenomena), and thus many of the panelists will come from related industries. The session will begin with a brief introduction from the panelists indicating what strategies have best served them in identifying mentors and sponsors throughout their career and will be followed by small group, thematic consult sessions where students can engage with panelists and senior members.
