Green corrosion inhibitors are biodegradable and do not contain heavy metals or other toxic compounds. The physical properties such as temperature, concentration and viscosity has a great impact on the inhibition effect. The mass loss measurement and modeling techniques are used to study the effect of multiple physical properties(temperature, concentration, and viscosity) of green corrosion inhibitor mixture toward the anti-corrosion efficiency of carbon steel in the acidic and salty solution. Since the corrosion is still one of the industrial challenges to the equipment, pipeline and other infrastructure, the results from this study will benefit the environment, chemical industry, and give contribution to knowledge in the field.
