This session will explore the science of intersectionality through an interactive workshop led by Keri Gray (www.withkeri.com), whose work centers on exploring the intersections of race, gender, and disability across the workplace. As a consultant, speaker, and facilitator, she works with companies and organizations, so they are prepared to leverage intersectionality as an organizational practice. This session will address intersectionality through the example of disability and race - helping participants understand disability prevalence across communities of color, discussing the significance of bringing your whole self to work, and establishing a common language around intersectionality.
