AIChE Management Award Recipient Presentation Session -How to Attract, Develop and Sustain Engineering Expertise Needed by Industry

The world is undergoing unprecedented changes. In industry, portfolios of companies are changing as a result of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and sales, and restructuring. The global pandemic is changing the ways of working and the expectations of employees. There is increasing urgency to address climate change, and diversity equity and inclusion, and the promise of digitalization is fast becoming a reality. These dramatic changes impact the engineering expertise needed to ensure continued success of industry. How do leaders develop a robust pipeline of these experts for the future?
