Engineering Synthetic and Native Gene Regulation will highlight emerging tools and methods to construct cellular regulatory systems with predictable behaviors. This session spans multiple scales of engineering from a single gene to multi-cellular systems. Topics include top-down and bottom-up genetic circuit design, implementation, and testing, and biological information transfer, transcriptional and translational engineering, and transcriptome-guided engineering.
