Bob is leading the scope 1 and scope 2 decarbonization efforts across Dow Chemical. In his role, he partners with businesses, sites and tech centers across the company and is responsible for identifying, prioritizing and implementing energy efficiency improvement opportunities.
Bob has been with Dow for 26 year. He has held a wide range of Manufacturing and Engineering roles over his career including Project Engineer, Project Manager, Production Engineer, Improvement Engineer, Engineering Manager, Energy Conservation SME, Global Reliability and Continuous Improvement Center of Excellence Lead. He most recently came into his current role after being the Carrollton Kentucky Site Maintenance and Engineering Leader for the prior 4 years. Bob lives in Louisville, Kentucky. He has 2 children, his son is a Freshmen studying engineering at the University of Kentucky and his daughter is a high school Junior. He and his wife’s free time is consumed with his daughter’s lacrosse tournaments across the country.
