The unique setting for SBE's 4th International Conference is conveniently located near the Dublin Airport, which is highly accessible and affordable from most major cities. You can travel by bus, rail, bicycle and car around the city and county. The conference hotel, the Stillorgan Park, is a 20 minute walk from the conference meeting place, the University College of Dublin. Transportation will be available from the hotel. Public transporation runs continuously to the University. Dorm suites (composed of six singles) for students are located on campus. Housing from July 21 to July 24 (3 nights) is included in the conference fees.
Dublin is renowned for its authors, such as James Joyce and George Bernard Shaw. Tourist attractions include the Dublin Writers Museum, the James Joyce Museum and the Shaw Birthplace. On the outskirts of Dublin, the Malahide Castle, a beautifully restored residence with extensive grounds and gardens is located. More points of interest can be found here.
