Registration

Conference fees are all-inclusive.  Fees include registration, hotel rooms (July 21-24), all breakfasts and lunches, 2 receptions, Wednesday dinner, and all coffee breaks from Tuesday morning through Thursday lunch.  On-line registration is now open.  Register Now.

All registrations received by June 22, 2008 will be confirmed by mail.  Cancellations must be submitted in writing postmarkeed by July 1st to receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee.
