Mid-Scale LNG Processes

AIChE Webinar
Originally delivered Oct 16, 2013

This Webinar presents the need for natural gas liquefaction (LNG), the LNG value chain, and compares several technologies such as the PRICO® single mixed refrigerant process.  The focus is on LNG processes between 0.5 and 6.0 MM tonne/yr.  The effects of equipment type, compressor driver selection, location (on- or off-shore), and feed gas contaminants are discussed.  Technologies for vaporizing LNG are presented.
Those looking to evaluate LNG technology and projects would benefit from this Webinar.  It is intended to provide a general overview of the main processes utilized.  The presentation focuses  on both new entrants to the LNG market, as well as non-technical experienced professionals in the natural gas and LNG industries wishing to gain a better understanding of process engineering systems.
