Failure is an Option: Learn How to Turn Failure into an Advantage

AIChE Webinar
Originally delivered Jul 28, 2010

We are all familiar with failures and yet failures carry a negative stigma to both individuals and companies. Just as the phoenix can rise from the ashes, successful individuals and companies are those who have successfully turned failures into advantages.

In this webinar, you discover the importance of taking risks in science, management and career. You learn the art of calculating risks and taking charge of setbacks. You see why the 'Fail Fast' doctrine makes sense, and you find creative ways to make the most of your failures. This session is of benefit to Chemical Engineers at all stages of professional development, and to 'Anyone Who Has Ever Tried but Fell Short'.
