How much do you know about Chemical Product Design? How familiar are you with up-to-the-minute modern approaches? Here is your chance to learn from the experts, Dr. Warren Seider and Dr. Soemantri Widagdo.
Their presentation introduces Chemical Product Design Strategies for the design of basic, industrial, and configured consumer chemical products. It emphasizes innovation maps that link new technologies to customer needs. The Stage-Gate Product Development Process is described and applied in case study designs of new products, beginning with the concept stage through the feasibility, development, manufacturing, and product introduction stages. The role of process design in product design is emphasized in the design of basic, industrial, and configured consumer chemical products.
This webinar will be of particular benefit to industrial practitioners involved in the design of chemical products and processes, and faculty at universities who teach courses and carry out research in product and/or process design. You will learn modern approaches for designing new chemical products, and gain an appreciation of the linkages between product and process design for a broad array of chemical products.
