Nat Schatz is an Executive Associate with Pathfinder, LLC, with more than 35 years experience in project management, contract administration, project engineering, process engineering, capital program management and process plant design in the chemical and petrochemical industries. Mr. Schatz has managed numerous domestic and international projects for both operating and engineering/construction companies. Many of these projects utilized offsite modular construction as a construction technique to lower costs and reduce schedules.
Mr. Schatz was involved in the development and implementation of a Value Improving Practices program at a major international chemical company and has facilitated many Energy Optimization and Value Engineering VIP Workshops. Nat also participated in the development and roll out of a redesigned and restructured Capital Project Execution Program based upon Staged Front End Loading principles.
Mr. Schatz earned his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Seton Hall University. He is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and ChemPharma.
