Michelle Murphy

Michelle Murphy is a partner of ioMosaic Corporation working out of the Salem, NH office. Ms. Murphy has a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University. She is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers.

After starting her career as a process engineer, Ms. Murphy has been consulting in the area of process safety and risk management for over 12 years and currently manages chemical reactivity and combustible dust characterization testing. Her wide-ranging experience comprises reactive chemical evaluation, combustible dust characterization, process safety and risk management program development, emergency relief system design, process hazard analysis, and environmental, health and safety auditing. Her process safety work has been conducted throughout the chemical, and oil and gas industries, including specialty chemical, pharmaceutical, plastics, oil production and refining, as well as pulp and paper facilities.
