Mr. Lockhart is the Process Technology Manager, Refining and Chemicals for Burns & McDonnell and has over 33 years of experience in the refining and petrochemical industry. He started his career as a plant process engineer before moving to engineering and licensing companies. Mr. Lockhart has extensive experience in process engineering including plant operations, process engineering design, process development and working in the process licensing industry. Mr. Lockhart is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a degree in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering.
