Mr.Bachand represents various clients in all areas of intellectual property law. He specializes in patent litigation and has been involved in numerous litiga-tions involving pharmaceuticals and medical device technologies.
Mr. Bachand worked as a summer associate at Knobbe Martens in 2005 and joined the firm as an associate in the firm's Orange County office in 2006. In 2008, Mr.Bachand joined the Washington DC office. In 2010, Mr.Bachand left Knobbe Martens to serve as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kimberly A Moore of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Bachand rejoined the Washington DC office in 2011.
Before attending law school, Mr. Bachand worked as a chemical engineer through Northeastern University's co-operative education program at Polaroid Corp, lonics Inc., Shipley Corp., and Albany International Research Corp.
