John Micheli, P.E. brings 40 years of experience in both process and project engineering. He is an expert in process engineering for food systems, having spent much of his career working in the confectionery, dairy, food, grain processing, and related industries. Besides evaporation, his projects and activities have included process design, controls, CIP & sanitation, drying, continuous improvement, trouble-shooting & de-bottlenecking, pneumatic & mechanical conveying, solids handling & processing, process safety, dust explosion prevention, preventive & predictive maintenance, validation, & start-up.
He received his BS in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He has an MBA from DePaul University and JD from The John Marshall Law School. John is also a licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois.
