Henry Ozog is the general partner of ioMosaic Corporation and is an expert in process safety and risk management, process hazard analysis, including hazard and operability studies, failure mode and effect analysis, fault tree analysis, layer of protection analysis, quantitative risk analysis and facility siting. He has a M.S. and B.S. in Chemical Engineering, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
