Dianne Dorland
Bio
Dorland received her BS and MS in chemical engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and joined AIChE in 1969. She worked for Union Carbide and DuPont and earned a PhD in 1985 from West Virginia University. Dorland moved to academia in 1986 at the University of Minnesota-Duluth, and is now dean of engineering at Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ. She is a licensed professional engineer in several states.
