Tony is a partner with the Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg LLP law firm. He is a registered patent attorney and formerly a chemical engineer with Exxon. He specializes in US patent and trademark prosecution but has also participated in major litigations, negotiated and drafted agreements, conducted due diligence for technology acquisitions, and counseled senior management on IP.
Tony's technical expertise includes catalysis, hydrocarbon processing, metallurgy, polymers, and surfactants. He has published articles in leading IP journals and lectured extensively on IP. He has a Martindale Hubbell peer review rating of "AV", the highest rating given, and is a past president of the National Association of Patent Practitioners, and fellow of the Licensing Executives Society.
