Dust-Free Drum Containment System

The portable, self-contained drum containment system (DCS) keeps toxic, explosive, flammable powdered materials and powders with difficult flow characteristics totally contained to eliminate cross-contamination and personnel exposure during transfer operations. The DCS features multiple containment barriers, which enable powder to be transferred in any environment, directly into process equipment by a single operator.

ConTracer System

Designed to contain hazardous liquids, the ConTracer System allows for flexible and remote monitoring of a container fleet. Additional features include an integrated spill containment for the liner, as well as a spill function in the outlet area, a lid with integrated vents, and an easy-to-replace “pit-stop” pallet. The web-based information system allows the owner of the container to receive continuous updates about location, type of contents and level of the contents of the container.

ORC Advanced

ORC Advanced, an oxygen release compound technology, stimulates in situ aerobic bioremediation of groundwater contaminated with petroleum-based hydrocarbons (e.g., methyl tertiary butyl ether, diesel fuel, jet fuel, gas condensates, fuel oils, lubricants, vinyl chloride, etc.). It is supplied as a nontoxic, environmentally benign powder that is mixed with water to form an injectable slurry, which is then pumped into the subsurface contamination zone with readily available direct-injection equipment.

Six Steps to Help Companies Prepare CFATS Site Security Plan

The first step involves formulating a strategy for developing the site security plan (SSP) required by the chemical facility anti-terrorism standards (CFATS). This includes formulating an overarching corporate-level policy and security plan and preparing facility-specific SSPs. During the site visit step, consultants review existing security measures and capture all necessary data, and, if needed, develop a template for use in multiple, similar-facility submissions.

InSite Services

InSite Services provides 24/7/365 access to more than 300 engineering and manufacturing IT professionals who offer expertise in 15 languages. The suite of services includes six components: surveillance, diagnostics, optimization, administration, knowledge, and visualization. Application engineers in the InSite Operation Center proactively monitor the customer’s critical systems through a secure, high-speed connection, looking for deviations from acceptable process, production, line or machine parameters and key performance indicators (KPI).
