In today's environment, an organization changes rapidly.  You must always be well positioned.  Part of that is your network.  The other part is finding opportunities.

Networking is responsible for uncovering 75% of all openings.  It's the art of building alliances. It's not contacting everyone you know when you are looking for a new job and asking if they know of any job openings. Networking starts long before that.  NSEF offers its members opportunities to make the connections and build relationships that will help you succeed.  Opportunities abound at NSEF's special events every fall at the AIChE annual meeting.  Plus you can also develop a network by attending our co-sponsored International Conference on Bioengineering and Nanotechnology.  Find out more here.
