Brian Shrager
Brian Shrager is an Environmental Engineer in the Energy Strategies Group (ESG) at the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards (OAQPS) in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. In the past, Mr. Shrager has worked on the development of national emission standards for hazardous air pollutants for industrial sources including industrial boilers and process heaters, various types of solid waste incinerators, brick kilns, refractory manufacturing, and others. Mr.
David Mahler
Mr. Mahler has over 33 years of experience as an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager and Consultant. Prior to joining Zephyr Environmental Corp. in 2008, he managed EHS compliance at chemical facilities owned by Sasol North America, Inc., Vista Chemical Company and Conoco Inc. His areas of expertise include regulatory analysis, compliance management, development of environmental management systems and environmental auditing. He received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1978.
Dr. Richard Siegal
Richard D. Siegel, Ph.D., is an environmental consultant with over 40 years of experience focused on risk management for a wide variety of chemical, petrochemical pharmaceutical, and government clients. He is President of R & B Consulting Services where he specializes in assisting firms in marketing and selling their EHS&S services and products. Dick started this company in 2003 after an extensive career working for environmental services organizations.
