AIChE Salutes Corporate Leaders for Promoting Diversity in Engineering.

AIChE’s 2014 Gala celebrated excellence in advancing diversity in the engineering profession. Honorees and their companies were recognized for their distinguished leadership in strengthening diversity in the workplace. The 2014 Gala raised funds for the Institute’s continued efforts to promote diversity in the chemical engineering workforce.

AIChE seeks to advance diversity through K-12 outreach programs, efforts of its Minority Affairs and Women’s Initiatives committees, through local sections and student chapters and competitions, and in countless other ways.

Inspiring and Empowering Women in Engineering

Recognizing companies and their leaders for inspiring and empowering women in engineering.

Funds raised will underwrite the expansion of women’s leadership programs, improve pre-college STEM education for girls and advance retention programs for women engineering undergraduates, graduate students, and young professionals.
