Gordon McGregor

Gordon received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University in 1981 and continued with the MBA curriculum at University of Delaware.  He started with DuPont in 1980 in Wilmington Delaware working in the Medical Products Department.  He spent eight years in various roles including product development, manufacturing, patent research, and field sales.  In 1989, Gordon joined W. L. Gore and Associates in Elkton MD as Product Manager for the PTFE fibers business.   His role evolved towards new business development launching several new business opportunities.  For the last five years, Gordon has been the Global New Business Development Leader for the Industrial Products Division.
