- Electronic Lead Capture System enables you to scan the badges of meeting attendees who visit your booth and obtain their contact information instantly (exhibitors will need to purchase electricity)
- Company name in program book exhibit ad (if registration is submitted by January 22nd deadline)
Exhibit Rates:
- $1,950—application received by January 29, 2010
- $2,150—application received after January 29, 2010
Set-Up (Hours subject to change)
Sunday, March 21, 1:00PM – 5:00PM
The exhibits are located in a high traffic area. Peak traffic times occur at session breaks and before key events.
Exhibit Hours
Technical sessions start at 8:00AM (Monday), 8:30AM (Tuesday & Wednesday) and end at 5:00 PM every day. Exhibitors may staff their booth as early as they like. Peak traffic periods are anticipated when sessions break at midday and day end.
Plan to be at your display at these key times:
Midday: Monday, March 22nd & Tuesday, March 23rd - 11:15AM - 2:30PM
Day End: Monday, March 22nd & Tuesday, March 23rd- 4:45PM - 6:00PM
Wednesday, March 24th – 10:45AM - 1:00PM
