Romanie Hollingworth

Romanie is a retired corporate lawyer with a particular focus on corporate transactions in the mining and resources sector. Romanie is admitted to practice in New York, England and Wales and Western Australia. Romanie’s work primarily involves providing advice regarding compliance with the Corporations Act 2001, the ASX Listing Rules and drafting documents that comply with such requirements.
