Dr. Herbert W. Cooper is founder and president of Dynalytics Corp. and also the founder and Chairman of Consolidated NanoTech Corp.
He has been intimately involved in all aspects of developing multi-million-dollar projects throughout the world, including their process and equipment design and economic optimization, construction, operations, and regulatory matters, He has also been responsible for many due diligence efforts for projects that have had high chemical engineering content.
His holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in chemical engineering from The City University of New York and a Doctorate in Engineering Science (chemical engineering) from Columbia University.
Dr. Cooper is an active member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers. He was the Chair of its Metro NY Section for many years.
