Bryan Hubbell

Dr.  Bryan Hubbell is the Senior Advisor for Science and Policy Analysis in the Health and Environmental Impacts Division of the U.S. EPA’s Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards. He previously led the Risk and Benefits Group responsible for estimating exposures and risks associated with criteria air pollutants and conducting benefits analyses for major air pollution regulations.  

He has written and presented extensively in the U.S. and internationally on the health and environmental impacts of air pollution and economic benefits and costs of air quality regulations, serving as the principal benefits analyst for many of EPA's recent regulatory analyses, and led the project team that developed the environmental Benefits Mapping and Analysis Program (BenMAP). His research interests include health and environmental impact assessment methods and improving methods for the valuation of health and environmental changes.
