Mr. Fraser has over 33 years of experience providing engineering and environmental services to the power generation industry. His areas of expertise include power generation facility engineering, development, and permitting, air pollution control technology application (RACT, BACT, MACT), power generation asset environmental due diligence and power plant environmental compliance and non-compliance support. Bob is a Partner and senior consultant in ERM’s National Power Sector Practice. In this role he is responsible for providing technical leadership, fossil generation knowledge and expertise and oversight of power sector staff and projects, including current NSR permitting for multiple MATS retrofit projects.
