David Himmelblau Award for Innovations in Computer-Based Chemical Engineering Education

Recognizes an individual or group making new and novel contributions to computer aids for chemical engineering education. Educational innovators working in industry or in a company that develops computer-based educational aids are also eligible for the award. Specifically, the nomination and the citation for the award must refer to a significant contribution to computer-based chemical engineering education within the past decade.
 
Deadline: 
April 17, 2015
Award: 

A plaque and $1,000.

Presentation: 
The award is presented at the CAST Division dinner at the AIChE Annual Meeting. The award winner will give an invited talk in the CAChE-sponsored session at the AIChE Annual Meeting.

Electronic submission of a single PDF file consisting of the nomination form, nomination letter, CV and supporting letters should be sent to the CAST Second Vice-Chair, Stratos Pistikopoulos (stratos@tamu.edu).
