Goodbye, heavy program book!
If you've used the app before, you already know it's the best way to way to plan your time at the AIChE Annual Meeting as well as a smart way to stay informed of last-minute changes during the Meeting. The app allows you to jettison the cumbersome program book and browse technical sessions, abstracts, and speaker bios from your phone.
Make the most of your time
The AIChEvents App is a great way to make the most of your time in San Francisco. When you find yourself with a little free time, try the "What's on Now?" feature to see a list of technical sessions and ancillary events that are currently happening or about to start soon. Or if you feel like seeing a bit of San Francisco, check out the Discover San Francisco feature, which features some of the top attractions, activities, and places to eat in and around San Francisco.
Connect with others
You can also connect with other attendees at the meeting, by checking out attendee profiles in the app and messaging with other attendees through the Message Center.
Another great way to connect—both before and during the Annual Meeting—is the 2016 Annual Meeting Engage Community. Discuss the Meeting, chat with other attendees about favorite sessions, restaurant recommendations, San Francisco, or organizing a meet up in the 2016 Annual Meeting Community on Engage.
