No. 960 gas-heated, 550°F tunnel oven
The No. 960 gas-heated, 550°F tunnel oven is used for processing various composite resins and fibers. The modulating gas burner is powered by 400,000 BTU/h, while a 12,500-ft3/min, 10-hp recirculating blower provides vertical downward airflow to the load. The oven features 4-in. insulated walls throughout, an aluminized interior and exterior, a motor-operated vertical lift door, side doors for workload access/maintenance and integral guide tracks at the workspace entry to support the user’s wheeled loading fixture, for faster start-up of the process.

No. 972 belt conveyor oven
The No. 972 belt conveyor oven operates at temperatures up to 250˚F (120˚C). Electric heat is delivered at 40 kW per zone through two Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements, while two 10-hp recirculating blower motors provide 25,000 ft3 of vertical downward airflow to the workload. The oven features 4-in. thick insulated walls throughout an aluminized steel exterior/Type 304, 2B-finish stainless-steel interior, with continuously back-welded seams and wall penetrations that are fitted with compression elements. The oven is split into two sections for shipment and reassembly at the customer’s location.

No. 942 batch oven
Suitable for curing epoxy, the No. 942 is a gas-fired, 350°F walk-in batch oven. It measures 84-in. wide × 144-in. deep × 108-in. high, and the oven’s interior and exterior are made of aluminized steel. The unit features 4-in. insulated walls on each side and a 2-in. insulated floor with three pairs of built-in truck wheel guide tracks. Its integral 6-in. I-beam supports raise the oven above the factory floor level. 400,000 btu/hr of power are installed in a modulating natural-gas burner to heat the unit, while 12,000 ft3/min total from two 5-hp recirculating blowers provide combination airflow to the workloads. The oven features safety equipment required by IRI, FM and National Fire Protection Association Standard 86 for gas-heated equipment

No. 825 walk-in electric oven
The No. 825 walk-in electric oven operates at up to 500ºF and can cure latex in the laboratory, eliminating the need to send it off-site. Inner workspace dimensions measure 54 in. wide × 72 in. deep × 72 in. high. Incoloy-sheathed tubular heating elements house 30 kW of power, and a 6,000 ft3/min, 5 HP recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow across the workload. Construction features include 4-in.-thick insulated walls, a 2-in. insulated floor with truck wheel-guide tracks, an aluminized steel exterior, a Type 304 2B stainless steel interior with continuous front-welded seams, a cellular silicone rubber door gasket, a stainless steel water cooling coil located in the heating chamber, and a removable top-mounted heating chamber. The oven includes such safety features as a digital programmable temperature controller, a manual-reset excess-temperature controller with separate heating-element-control contractors, a recirculating-airflow blower safety switch, a silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) power controller, and a 6-in. stripchart recorder
