Signature Triple
The Signature Triple unit combines a computer-based platform with the manufacturer’s progressing cavity pumps. Its design is based on that of earlier triple-component paint machines, which was adapted to dispense triple-component reactive materials. It can be controlled from a remote location to accurately meter, mix and dispense three components simultaneously.

SingleMultiple single-component dispenser
The SingleMultiple single-component dispenser can simultaneously allot single-component materials multiple times, and at varying ratios. For example, if a wiring harness needs to be potted in two separate places, this dispenser can function on both sides at the same time. Hence, capital equipment expenditures are reduced, because this one unit can replace several machines. Other benefits include reduced labor, waste, material and production costs. The dispenser features ViscoTec’s Perfectly Dosed progressing cavity pumps to ensure a pulse-free dispensing, and the ability to easily integrate with robotics to further increase accuracy, repeatability and quality.

PluraSilver Silver Epoxy Paste Dispenser
The PluraSilver dual-component silver epoxy paste-dispensing machine apportions precise amounts of mixed silver epoxy, eliminating costly waste and the need for excess raw materials. The manufacturer’s specially designed fittings ensure that no leaking takes place, and provide minimal clearance agitation in the space where the tank agitators fit with the contours of the tanks. This dispenser is typically used in the solar energy industry.
