This informative webinar provides an overview of OSHA's Chemical NEP, and outlines recommended proactive measures to prepare for Chemical NEP inspection. This information will assist you in making your facilities safer and in reducing your potential OSHA liability. These proactive measures focus on the lessons learned from the speakers' extensive experience with the PSM Standard and with OSHA's current National Emphasis Program for the refining industry, particularly the citation patterns, OSHA's interpretations of the PSM Standard, and its agressive use of industry standards.
