Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) continues to be a powerful and popular tool for assessing risk. This session presents papers focusing on applied principles of Layer of Protection Analysis. Special consideration was given to papers that focus on actual plant experiences with LOPA implementations, both positive and negative.
