In order for TIER 4 sites to meet the US Department of Homeland Security Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) regulation, companies must either use the CCPS SVA methodology or an SVA methodology that is attested by CCPS to meet the design criteria set forth in the CCPS SVA Guideline Book "Guidelines for Analyzing and Managing the Security Vulnerabilities of Fixed Chemical Sites."
