Develop a Concept Book that will address developing, strengthening and implementing Process Safety Culture. This book will also provide guidance for various management level to assess and develop a culture improvement plan.
The process Safety Culture Team is working to develop the basis for a “concept” style guidance book for Process Safety Culture assessment and improvement. Various approaches and philosophies for this guidance were discussed by the subcommittee at Houston in April. A sub-team met in June and August to review/develop the various project approaches into a final, detailed outline for full subcommittee review; the review will be completed in the 4th quarter 2012. The final outline will be the basis for a request for proposal (RFP) to select a contractor.
