Still accepting volunteers. THis was a slow process and delayed the project from moving forward. After critical mass was obtained, the committee worked on an outline and sent out and reviewed RFPs for the project and due to the range of costs, found that a more detailed outline was needed. Tom Folk has been assigned the task to help the group develop the outline so that an update and more specific RFP can be prepared and sent out. Need to have further discusssions on potential title charge.
