To operate an easily accessible secure database for sharing incident information among members with a focus on the lessons learned from the incident. Additional fee is required.
The new secure web-based database with more than 750 categorized and searchable incidents is fully operational, with participants from petroleum, chemical and pharmaceutical companies worldwide. It has been reprogrammed in a modern language with a few enhancements. The new program was tested in 2011. It is more modern and powerful than before. Possibly make more public incidents available to students. Training sessions continue as requested by both member and non-member companies. New Members on board. the PSID system cannot download incidents. A “Programming Bug” has shown up and will be addressed promptly. About 20 third party incidents will.
