Nuclear Engineering Division- Robert E. Wilson Award Luncheon

- Dr. Jack S. Watson is the recipient of the 2010 Robert E. Wilson Award
- Dr. Watson spent his entire career applying chemical engineering principles to nuclear engineering problems, mainly in the area of separation science. He wrote a book on separations science, published over 100 publications, and holds two patents. Dr. Watson served as a leader of the Symposium on Separation Science and Technology for Energy Needs for over 30 years and still continues to participate in the symposium after retirement. He served in numerous leadership roles in AIChE, both at the local and national level, and served on numerous review and advisory panels, editorial boards, and committees for the Department of Energy, the National Academy of Sciences, and various professional societies.
