Staying Career Fit in Turbulent Times
In focusing on our engineering or management responsibilities it is easy to forget about managing our own careers. This session will address career energizing steps including recognizing signals of change and being well prepared to move in new directions, which are core survival skills for today’s work world. We will explore the changing work environment, and how to effectively manage career progression and transitions. We will examine charting your right path forward, discerning what really goes on in an organization or department so you can determine fit, and getting a running start in a position. This session will be of particular value to those who wish to energize their careers.
