This webinar focuses on ideas for improving the performance of individuals who work in industrial settings. Particular focus is given to those working in the Petro-Chemical industry. The emphasis is to show that optimizing performance is the end goal for any type of training or learning system. There are many ways to achieve optimal performance. This is done by focusing on knowledge, resource, and motivational interventions that are focused on providing the learner with the right thing, in the right way, at the right time.
