AIChE Young Professionals

AIChE Young Professionals groups help their engineering peers to integrate into new communities -- professional, educational and social -- offering support and comraderie to young AIChE members through a range of AIChE sponsored activities.

Comprised of recent chemical engineering graduates, Young Professionals groups are organized through AIChE's Local Sections, but also work on the national and regional levels to satisfy the varied professional and career development needs of young, up-and-coming chemical engineers, wherever they find themselves.  

Organized by AIChE's national-level Young Professionals Advisory Board, local Young Professionals groups are committed to building a network that supports transition—before and after graduation. These dynamic, proactive communities help young professionals to find a niche, make important career choices, and develop bonds of friendship and collaboration that can last throughout their careers.
