Chem-E-Car Competition Rules
As part of AIChE's commitment to safety in industry and laboratory environments, student teams and their advisors will be asked to demonstrate a commitment to safety awareness, safety planning, and safe practices as a standard component of their participation. All teams are required to carefully read and review Chem-E-Car documents to fully understand the requirements to safely compete at an AIChE Chem-E-Car competition.

Note: 2012 Rules have not been released, but they are likely to follow the 2011 Rules listed below. Be sure to check back before your competition for the updated 2012 Rules.

Eligible Participants
A list of eligible participants (based on completion of the safety training) will be posted here by March 1st.
EDP Submission
EDPs for all competing teams must be uploaded to the SharePoint site by the dates below. Any team that has not posted their EDP by then will be disqualified without exception. If you are having trouble connecting to the SharePoint site, please email arjug@aiche.org. If you want to confirm that your EDP has been posted, please email arjug@aiche.org.
