MassBank -- high-resolution mass spectral database

PharmGKB -- individualized medicine database for genetic variations and their responses to different drugs

Toxin, Toxin-Target Database -- information for 2,900 toxins ranging from pesticides to pollutants to drugs

PhenomicDB -- a genotype/phenotype database for seven different species

3D-PSSM Fold Library -- database of protein folding information
