Opportunities to Influence Programs, Activities and Projects

All corporate members have the opportunity to propose programs and activities to the Advisory Board, who will then determine how best to proceed. These projects may include projects, training programs and conferences.  Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors receive a seat on the Advisory Board.  This seat provides them with proposal and discussion abilities and a vote on all programs that appear before the Advisory Board.

Corporate Members also meet at an annual in Sponsors’ Roundtable to propose projects and determine which ones to pursue.  Members of the Advisory Board will be available at the Roundtable meeting to act as consultants on these projects. 

Membership

Corporate Members receive a complimentary number of new SBE memberships, determined according to the level of sponsorship.  These individual members will all have to access to the complete set of member benefits such as conference and publication discounts.

Prominent Recognition

Corporate members receive recognition in SBE materials (e.g. web, programs, conference journals) as well as honor at the AIChE Annual Meeting.  They will be listed on the Charter Sponsor page of the SBE website with a link back to the sponsor’s site.  They will also have use of the Society for biological Engineering and AIChE logos.
