Job Description:
Works on the purification and functional characterization both of Alexion therapeutic targets and their associated reagents as well as therapeutic antibodies elicited against these targets. Carries out both conventional and affinity purification and applies a range of characterization techniques to ensure the structural and functional integrity of protein products. Detailed record keeping and organizational skills are required. Must be willing and able to multi-task on several such assignments within a multi-disciplinary, collaborative environment and demonstrate an enthusiasm for learning and applying new know-how.
